1. Navigating Complex Relationships & Client Politics
- People buy, not companies. Strong personal relationships remain vital—even in an AI-driven world.
- Avoid being “single-threaded”—engage at least six solid client contacts across different buying roles.
- Use AI to map influence, detect politics, and identify detractors (convert, contain, or circumvent).
2. Elevating Your Value Proposition
- Most pitches are just brochures with prices. To sell higher, speak the language of senior decision-makers.
